Jacob Bradley

Director of Construction

Jacob brings 14 years of renovation, restoration, and construction experience in a variety of roles including Owner, Project Manager and, most recently, Project Director for Contractors, Inc.

After starting a flooring and trim installation company at the age of 18, Jacob successfully transitioned to project management with budgets as large as $20M.

He is a licensed general contractor with professional certifications in water, fire, mold, and smoke damage.

In his role at Volunteer properties, Jacob is responsible for all construction and preventive maintenance across our portfolio.
